During this pandemic it is really important to keep yourself healthy and safe and also during this time this could influence you on how you could live in the future.This is really scary and very major people are really dying daily from this and going to the hospital and spreading this.There are many ways you could keep yourself safe and healthy and these are some ways and why you need to and how you could use these things to influence you on how you should live a healthier life style in the future. People really need to be considerate because other people around them could have some health problems and or can have a weak immune system and could get sick really easily.Some people are just really sensitive and really need extra givings.These are some ways you should stay safe
- Staying home from work, school, and all activities when you are sick with COVID-19 symptoms, which may include fever, cough, and difficulty breathing.
- Keeping away from others who are sick.
- Limiting close contact with others as much as possible (about 6 feet).
Things you should also do is wash your hands and wear mask and gloves and you need to wash your hands the moment you come from somewhere outside and you need to wash them for at least 20 seconds.Other things you could do is to not go unnecessary places to put the chances down of you getting the virus this is a very serious thing. Staying in the house at all the time can also make you go crazy so i recommend staying six feet away from people and going out to go on a walk or do some type of exercise. You could create a schedule that you would follow everyday and that would help you stay on a routine. These things could also influence you in the future because a virus or anything could be going around you at any second you never know.You should also avoid toughing people and have a six foot distance and don’t go to places where there are a crowd of people. This could influence you on the way you live in the future because you could wash your hands when you get back from somewhere and be aware of your surroundings and the germs that could be around you at any moment or second. There are many things you could do while you are in the house and there are many activities some things you could do are learn a new language, do arts and crafts, learn new dances, play board games and many other things there are many ways you could entertain yourself during a time like this.A time like this also gives you to think about things about a problem you have and other things that are going on in your life another thing you could do is meditate. Meditating is a really healthy thing to do for your body because it gives your body time to relax and take you mind of things and relief stress for the time you are meditating.These are all ways you could stay safe and healthy and also on ways this could influence you in the future, and some activities you could do while you are at home.
